Remarks

All names come from the naming library (ApiNames): the ce-type is com.virtufin.api.state.<event>, the source urn:com.virtufin:api. One topic and one type per action, so a subscriber can filter on either without parsing the payload. These were com.dapr.event.sent and urn:apigateway once: the same type for saves and deletes, which discriminated nothing.
