REST retirement

Interactive gRPC explorer

Use grpcui -plaintext localhost:5002 for a private browser UI backed by gRPC reflection. The shared launcher is bash common/scripts/run_grpcui_local.sh localhost:5002; remote TLS uses TLS=true. Keep the UI loopback-only and use controlled authentication. Use grpcurl for command-line discovery and the generated protobuf/SDK docs for static reference. This does not restore business REST endpoints.

Business REST support is removed in API 0.10.0. Native gRPC and gRPC-Web remain; JSON data can still be passed to Gateway.InvokeJson over gRPC. The method's name does not imply an HTTP endpoint.

Removed: transcoded State, Pubsub, Trigger, Config and Gateway routes; all /v1/grpc/* HTTP discovery, schema, descriptor, cache and invocation routes; the root redirect; /docs/v1 and /openapi/v1.json runtime endpoints.

Use generated .NET/Python/TypeScript gRPC clients. For dynamic discovery use gRPC reflection; for schemas use Gateway.GetMethodSchema; for invocation use Gateway.Invoke or InvokeJson. There is no replacement business REST URL. HTTP reflection-cache invalidation has no public replacement RPC.

HTTP /health and /healthz, gRPC health, Dapr callbacks, authentication and gRPC-Web remain. Keep the HTTP health port and deployment probes. Historical google.api.http descriptor annotations do not register endpoints: transcoding is no longer installed. REST examples in earlier documentation describe old releases, not this one.
